This role reports directly to the DVP, Strategy and Business Development and will be instrumental in supporting our Canadian business. As a key member of our senior leadership team, you will partner closely with the President of ADP Canada and other senior leaders to drive growth and transformation initiatives.

Your primary focus will be on conducting market research and assessments to identify opportunities and risks, as well as developing and implementing strategic plans to enhance business operations and growth.

You will lead business development activities, including partnerships, alliances, and potential acquisitions, across all business segments, functions, and verticals.

This is a high-visibility role that offers significant opportunities for impact and growth. You will also have the opportunity to contribute to ADP's Global Strategy team, which brings together experts from top-tier firms and industry strategists.

To succeed in this role, you will require:

  • Bachelor's degree required.
  • Proven experience in developing and evaluating strategies, including identifying issues, developing hypotheses, and conducting market research and analysis.
  • No less than 12 years of total experience, with at least 7 years at a notable management and strategy consulting firm or internal Corporate Strategy role within a Fortune 500 company, holding a team manager position.

We welcome candidates who possess additional qualifications, including:

  • Ability to travel up to 15% of the time, depending on business needs.
  • MBA or advanced degree preferred.
  • Familiarity with the business services/enterprise software/human capital management market.
  • Strong analytical skills, including financial modeling, basic statistics, and regression analysis.
  • Able to influence senior stakeholders and lead cross-functional teams.
  • Experience in negotiations, strategic planning, and business development cycles, with knowledge of technology's role in driving better business outcomes.
  • Excellent communication skills, with the ability to present to senior leaders.
  • Bilingualism, with professional proficiency in English and French.
