Job Description

Bento Sushi is seeking a skilled Strategic Sourcing Analyst to join our team. As a key member of our procurement team, you will be responsible for sourcing and purchasing general and specialized equipment, materials, and business services.

Key Responsibilities
  • Purchase equipment, materials, and services from suppliers, ensuring compliance with company standards and regulations.
  • Develop specifications for equipment, materials, and supplies to be purchased, taking into account quality, cost, and delivery requirements.
  • Negotiate offers from suppliers, ensuring the best possible terms and conditions for Bento Sushi.
  • Review quotations and determine contract terms and conditions, ensuring alignment with company policies and procedures.
  • Communicate with clients and suppliers to resolve any issues or concerns, ensuring timely and effective resolution.
  • Plan, organize, and oversee the operational logistics of the organization, ensuring seamless execution of procurement activities.
Requirements
  • Secondary (high) school graduation certificate.
  • Experience in procurement and sourcing, with a focus on strategic planning and execution.
  • Excellent communication and negotiation skills, with the ability to work effectively with clients and suppliers.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to identify and resolve complex procurement issues.
