We are seeking a highly skilled and adaptable Logistics Coordinator to join our team in Calgary, Alberta. This dynamic role requires someone who can seamlessly manage shipping and receiving, oversee tool crib management, and handle delivery driving duties with professionalism and efficiency.

Key Responsibilities
  • Manage shipping, receiving, and transloading orders with precision and attention to detail.
  • Maintain accurate documentation and diligent record-keeping to ensure smooth operations.
  • Ensure warehouse cleanliness and organization to maximize productivity.
Tool Crib Management
  • Utilize Toolwatch software for tool tracking and organization, with provided training to ensure seamless integration.
  • Manage tool inventory and coordinate maintenance and repairs to prevent equipment downtime.
Delivery Driving
  • Deliver materials and equipment to job sites with punctuality and reliability.
  • Operate up to a 5-ton truck and manual transmission vehicles safely and efficiently.
  • Tow trailers, including up to a 34' gooseneck, with caution and attention to safety protocols.
Administrative Support
  • Use Procore software for project management, with provided training to ensure effective collaboration.
  • Assist with document tracking and other administrative tasks to maintain organizational excellence.
  • Collaborate effectively with colleagues and follow directions to achieve shared goals.
Qualifications
  • Forklift trained and certified to ensure safe and efficient material handling.
  • Valid driver's license with a clean driving record to guarantee road safety.
  • Proficiency in driving manual transmission vehicles to navigate challenging terrain.
  • Ability to tow large trailers safely to prevent accidents.
  • Physical capability to lift, push, and pull up to 100 lbs to perform tasks with ease.
  • Strong organizational and problem-solving skills to adapt to changing priorities and schedules.
  • Knowledge of mechanical trades is an asset to provide expert support.

The estimated salary range for this position is $25-$30 per hour, depending on experience and qualifications.
