Job Description

This Registered Practical Nurse (RPN) opportunity supports the delivery of high-quality resident-centered care in our Mississauga community. As an RPN with Schlegel Villages, you will:

  • Support and engage in our resident-centered social culture
  • Provide holistic care to residents, prioritizing quality of life requests
  • Work collaboratively as part of multidisciplinary teams to understand individual needs
  • Advocate for residents' participation in care decisions
Required Skills and Qualifications

To succeed in this role, you must:

  • Hold current registration as a Registered Practical Nurse with the College of Nurses of Ontario
  • Hold current Heart Save Level of CPR
  • Be passionate about delivering exceptional care
  • Display a caring and respectful attitude towards residents, families, and team members
  • Understand the physical, mental, and emotional demands of the RPN role
