About the Role

We are seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented Packer to join our team at MBRP Ltd. as a key member of our manufacturing department.

Key Responsibilities
  • Transportation and Handling: Safely transport items throughout the plant using powered equipment and manually move raw materials, finished products, and equipment as needed.
  • Quality Control: Check and weigh materials and products to ensure accuracy and quality.
  • Packaging and Shipping: Sort, pack, crate, and package materials and products for distribution.
  • Team Support: Assist machine operators, assemblers, and other workers as needed to ensure smooth production.
  • Cleanliness and Organization: Clean machines and immediate work areas, and maintain a clean and organized workspace.
Requirements
  • Education: Secondary (high) school graduation certificate.
  • Physical Demands: Ability to lift up to 23 kg (50 lbs) and perform physical labor for extended periods.
  • Personal Qualities: Punctuality, dependability, flexibility, initiative, reliability, and a team player attitude.
