Job Summary

As a Senior Financial Consultant at Scotiabank, you will play a key role in providing exceptional service to our customers. You will be responsible for discovering customer needs, educating them on our products and services, and building comprehensive plans to help them achieve their financial goals.

Key Responsibilities
  • Proactively approach customers to understand their needs and provide relevant financial solutions
  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with customers through effective communication and follow-up
  • Collaborate with colleagues to achieve sales targets and grow the branch business
  • Stay up-to-date with Scotiabank's products and services to provide expert advice to customers

Requirements

  • Strong customer service skills and ability to work in a team environment
  • Proven sales and negotiation skills, with a focus on building strong customer relationships
  • Mutual Funds license and CIFP diploma
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills
