About the Role:We are seeking a skilled Registered Nurse (RN) to join our team at Richmond Hospital. As a Med/Surg Nurse, you will provide high-quality patient care in our Acute Care for Elders and Subacute Medicine department.
Key Responsibilities:
- Provide direct patient care to patients with complex medical needs
- Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to develop and implement patient care plans
- Conduct thorough assessments and evaluations to identify patient needs
- Develop and implement individualized care plans to meet patient needs
- Monitor patient progress and adjust care plans as needed
Requirements:
- Current registration with the College of Registered Nurses of British Columbia
- Experience working in Med/Surg or Acute Care for Elders
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment
