Job Summary

We are seeking a detail-oriented and organized Warehouse Assistant to join our team at YXE Parts 4 Truckers Ltd. As a key member of our inventory management team, you will be responsible for maintaining accurate stock levels, processing orders, and ensuring a smooth customer experience.

Key Responsibilities
  • Receive and process incoming stock, including counting, weighing, and sorting items
  • Restock shelves and display areas, maintaining a clean and organized store environment
  • Operate a cash register and process customer transactions
  • Provide exceptional customer service, answering questions and directing customers to products
  • Assist with inventory management, including tracking stock levels and ordering supplies as needed
Requirements
  • Secondary (high) school graduation certificate
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet deadlines
  • Excellent communication and customer service skills
  • Basic math skills and accuracy with handling cash and inventory
