Job Summary:

The Forklift Operator is responsible for safely operating powered material handling equipment to receive, store, and fulfill orders. This role requires attention to detail, strong communication skills, and the ability to work in a fast-paced environment.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Operate forklifts and other material handling equipment to move products throughout the warehouse.
  • Ensure accurate and efficient order fulfillment, including picking, packing, and shipping.
  • Perform quality control checks to ensure products are safe and meet customer expectations.
  • Collaborate with team members to achieve warehouse goals and objectives.
  • Participate in inventory management and cycle counting to maintain accurate inventory levels.

Requirements:

  • High school diploma or equivalent required.
  • Ability to operate powered material handling equipment, including forklifts and pallet jacks.
  • Strong communication and teamwork skills.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet productivity standards.
  • Physical ability to lift, bend, and stand for long periods.
