Retail Store Manager

We are seeking a highly skilled Retail Store Supervisor to join our team at Circle K convenience Store. The successful candidate will be responsible for overseeing the day-to-day operations of the store, ensuring that all tasks are completed efficiently and effectively.
Key Responsibilities:- Assign sales workers to duties and ensure that they are working to the best of their abilities.
- Hire and train new staff members to ensure that they have the necessary skills to perform their jobs.
- Authorize payments and manage the store's finances.
- Order merchandise and ensure that the store is always stocked with the necessary products.
- Establish work schedules and ensure that all staff members are aware of their duties and responsibilities.
- Supervise and co-ordinate the activities of all staff members.
Requirements:
- Secondary (high) school graduation certificate and relevant work experience.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and make decisions quickly.
- Excellent communication skills and the ability to work well with others.
- Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines.
