Job Title: Truck Driver - Flatbed Specialist

We are seeking a skilled Truck Driver - Flatbed Specialist to join our team at Varsteel Ltd. As a key member of our transportation team, you will be responsible for safely transporting goods across the country.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Transportation: Operate a tractor-trailer to transport goods across the country, adhering to all traffic laws and regulations.
  • Load and Unload: Load and unload goods from the trailer, ensuring that all items are properly secured and accounted for.
  • Vehicle Maintenance: Perform routine maintenance on the vehicle, including checking tire pressure, oil levels, and brakes.
  • Documentation: Maintain accurate records of transportation, including driver logs, bills of lading, and inspection reports.
Requirements:
  • Education: Secondary (high) school graduation certificate.
  • Experience: 2 years to less than 3 years of experience as a truck driver.
  • Certifications: Air Brake (Z) Endorsement and Driver's License (Class 1 or A).
