- Develop and implement process improvements to increase efficiency and productivity.
- Ensure compliance with financial policies and procedures, including inventory accuracy and control.
- Monitor and maintain a safe working environment, adhering to all safety protocols and procedures.
- Collaborate with other departments to achieve business objectives and goals.
- 3-5 years of transportation experience required.
- 2 years of supervisory experience preferred.
- High School Diploma or equivalent required.
- Bachelor's Degree preferred.
- Strong communication and organizational skills.
- Ability to use CRT, PC, scanners, calculators, and related equipment.
- SAP knowledge required.
- Working knowledge of MRP and JIT preferred.
