GOLFERS CREEK INC. is seeking a skilled Bar Service Manager to oversee the daily operations of our cocktail lounge or bar. Key responsibilities include arranging the bar area to create attractive displays, organizing the operations of the bar, serving food or snacks, and advising on wine selection. Additionally, the successful candidate will be responsible for storing beverage and food products, ordering bar stock, maintaining inventory and control of bar stock, addressing customers' complaints or concerns, and preparing mixed drinks, wine, draft or bottled beer, and non-alcoholic beverages. The ideal candidate will have 1 to less than 7 months of experience in a similar role and will be able to work 32 to 35 hours per week.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Arrange the bar area to create attractive displays
  • Organize the operations of the bar
  • Serve food or snacks
  • Advise on wine selection
  • Store beverage and food products
  • Order bar stock and maintain inventory and control of bar stock
  • Address customers' complaints or concerns
  • Prepare mixed drinks, wine, draft or bottled beer, and non-alcoholic beverages

Requirements:

  • 1 to less than 7 months of experience in a similar role
  • Ability to work 32 to 35 hours per week
