About the Role

We are seeking a skilled Floor Sander Technician to join our team at Apple Hotel Group. As a key member of our facilities team, you will be responsible for ensuring the highest standards of floor maintenance and care across our properties.

Key Responsibilities
  • Customer Service: Provide exceptional customer service to our guests and colleagues, demonstrating professionalism and a positive attitude at all times.
  • Measure and Mark Guidelines: Accurately measure and mark guidelines for installations, ensuring precision and attention to detail.
  • Work Materials and Supplies: Prepare and maintain work materials and supplies, ensuring they are readily available and in good condition.
  • Truck Loading and Unloading: Safely load and unload trucks with supplies and equipment, adhering to company protocols and safety guidelines.
  • Team Supervision: Supervise and support other workers, providing guidance and feedback to ensure tasks are completed efficiently and effectively.
  • Tool Utilization: Utilize hand and power tools, maintaining them in good working order and adhering to safety procedures.
  • Floor Care: Wax and polish floors to a high standard, ensuring they are clean, safe, and visually appealing.
