Marketing Vice President

KIREI Cleaning & Building Maintenance Ltd. is seeking a highly skilled Marketing Vice President to lead our marketing efforts and drive business growth.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop and implement marketing strategies to increase brand awareness and drive sales
  • Lead a team of marketing professionals to achieve marketing goals and objectives
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure alignment and effective execution of marketing initiatives
  • Monitor and analyze market trends, competitor activity, and customer behavior to inform marketing decisions
  • Manage marketing budgets and resources to optimize ROI and achieve business objectives
Support for Newcomers and Refugees:
  • Develop and implement programs to support the social and labour market integration of newcomers and refugees
  • Recruit and onboard newcomers and refugees to the organization
  • Provide mentorship and coaching to newcomers and refugees to help them integrate into the organization
  • Develop and deliver diversity and cross-cultural training to create a welcoming work environment for newcomers and refugees
Support for Indigenous People:
  • Develop and implement programs to support the social and labour market integration of Indigenous people
  • Develop and maintain relationships with Indigenous communities, Indigenous-owned businesses, and organizations
  • Provide mentorship, coaching, and networking opportunities for Indigenous workers
  • Develop and deliver cultural competency training to create a welcoming work environment for Indigenous workers
Support for Visible Minorities:
  • Develop and implement programs to support the social and labour market integration of visible minorities
  • Develop and deliver diversity and cross-cultural training to create a welcoming work environment for visible minorities
  • Recruit and onboard visible minorities to the organization
  • Provide mentorship and coaching to visible minorities to help them integrate into the organization

Requirements:

  • 5+ years of experience in marketing leadership roles
  • Proven track record of driving business growth through effective marketing strategies
  • Strong leadership and team management skills
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing priorities
