Telehealth Psychotherapist

We're seeking qualified, part-time internationally licensed psychotherapists to join our provider network and deliver care through our innovative, tech-enabled platform that prioritizes patient outcomes.

• Counsel clients with benefits ranging from short-term goal-focused EAPs to employer health plans allowing multiple sessions as medically necessary.
• Treat adults who have completed brief, evidence-based online screenings identifying symptoms and areas of concern.
• Possibly treat additional populations like children, adolescents, couples, or families.
• Maintain a calendar displaying availability and complete session documentation in a timely manner within our scheduling system.
• Use evidence-based treatment modalities and interventions tailored to each client's needs.
• Collaborate with our dedicated provider support team, clinical care navigation team, and administrative care support team when needed.
• Provide culturally competent and empathetic care, upholding our values of diversity and inclusion.

• An unrestricted license to practice counseling (Psychologist, Psychotherapist, Clinical Psychologist, etc.) in Quebec, Canada.
• Post-graduate experience with at least 3 years of post-licensed experience.
• Comfort with technology and telehealth competence.
• Training and experience in evidence-based modalities like CBT, DBT, EMDR, ACT, CPT.
• Ability to provide safety planning and intervention during situations with higher risks.
• Commitment to quality clinical care and a desire to expand capabilities by being informed of client progress or challenges.
• Preference for independent work but also enjoy team support and opportunities for connections and collaboration.

This role offers a competitive salary range of $60,000 - $80,000 per year, based on experience and qualifications. The position is open to candidates worldwide, with a preference for those located in Montreal, Quebec, Canada.
