Job Title: Food and Beverage Server

We are seeking a friendly and attentive Food and Beverage Server to join our team at the Slave Lake Inn and Conference Centre.

Job Summary:

The Food and Beverage Server will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service, taking orders, serving food and beverages, and maintaining a clean and welcoming dining environment.

Responsibilities:
  • Take orders and serve food and beverages to customers in a timely and efficient manner.
  • Provide exceptional customer service, responding to customer inquiries and resolving any issues in a professional and courteous manner.
  • Maintain a clean and organized dining area, including tables, chairs, and floors.
  • Work effectively as part of a team to ensure seamless service and a positive customer experience.
  • Adhere to health and safety standards, including proper food handling and sanitation procedures.
  • Participate in ongoing training and development to improve skills and knowledge.
Requirements:
  • Must be of legal age to mix and serve alcoholic beverages.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and multitask with ease.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work effectively in a team environment.
  • Basic math skills and accuracy with handling cash and credit transactions.
Working Conditions:

The Food and Beverage Server will work in a fast-paced dining environment, with regular exposure to food, beverages, and cleaning products. The ability to stand for extended periods and lift up to 13.5 kg (30 lbs) is required.
