About the Role

We are seeking an experienced Credit Risk Specialist to join our Structured Credit group in Toronto. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for analyzing complex financial data and developing well-supported credit opinions.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and maintain a deep understanding of the structured finance market and its key players.
  • Analyze complex financial data and develop well-supported credit opinions.
  • Collaborate with internal stakeholders to ensure seamless integration of credit analysis into our rating processes.
  • Stay up-to-date with emerging trends and developments in the structured finance market.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's or Master's degree in a quantitative discipline (finance, accounting, economics, etc.).
  • At least five years of experience in the financial industry, with a preference for experience related to CLOs or Structured Finance.
  • Proven track record of delivering high-quality credit analysis and research.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment.
