Educational Requirements- Degree: A recognized qualification in medicine, dentistry, veterinary medicine, or optometry is essential.
- Experience: Prior experience in a similar role is beneficial.
- Assess and diagnose various diseases and physiological conditions.
- Administer appropriate medications and treatment plans.
- Coordinate referrals for surgical interventions as necessary.
- Manage and treat a range of health issues affecting children.
- Provide expert consultation to fellow healthcare professionals.
- Request and analyze diagnostic tests to inform treatment decisions.
- Must hold a valid license from the relevant medical authorities.
