Job Summary

We are seeking a skilled Plumbing Specialist to join our team at Jago Services Inc. As a key member of our plumbing crew, you will be responsible for installing, maintaining, and repairing water systems in commercial and residential settings.

Key Responsibilities
  • Read and interpret blueprints, drawings, and specifications to determine the layout of plumbing systems
  • Instruct apprentices and ensure they are properly trained
  • Locate and mark positions for pipe connections, passage holes, and fixtures in walls and floors
  • Cut openings in walls and floors to accommodate pipes and pipe fittings
  • Join pipes using couplings, clamps, screws, bolts, cement, or soldering, brazing, and welding equipment
  • Test pipes for leaks using air and water pressure gauges
  • Determine piping system requirements and pipe sizing
  • Measure, cut, thread, and bend pipes to the required shape and size
Requirements
  • Plumber Trade Certification
  • Confined Space Entry Training
  • Driver's License (Class 3 or D)
  • Plumber Red Seal Certificate
Work Environment

This is a green job that contributes to environmental preservation, conservation, and restoration. The work site environment includes confined spaces, and the work setting is primarily commercial with some residential projects.
