We are a leading landscape construction company seeking a skilled Landscaper to join our team. As a Landscaper, you will be responsible for designing and maintaining outdoor spaces that exceed our clients' expectations.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Estimate and Plan: Assess the health of lawns, estimate costs, and plan the growth and use of plants for landscaping purposes.
  • Lawn and Garden Maintenance: Water and tend to plants, lawns, and gardens, and apply fertilizers, fungicides, herbicides, pesticides, and other lawn care products.
  • Tree and Shrub Care: Examine trees and shrubs to diagnose problems and disease, and apply various treatments such as pruning, spraying, and repairing damaged areas.
  • Crew Management: Direct crews who maintain the health and appearance of golf courses and their surrounding landscapes.
  • Construction and Installation: Plant and maintain private and public lawns and gardens, and install fieldstone paths, interlocking brick, poured concrete, and retaining walls.
Requirements:
  • Education: Secondary (high) school graduation certificate.
  • Experience: 1 year to less than 2 years of experience in landscaping and gardening.
  • Physical Capabilities: Ability to handle heavy loads, stand for extended periods, and perform repetitive tasks.
  • Personal Suitability: Excellent oral and written communication skills, flexibility, and reliability.
