Canada Stampings Ltd. is seeking a skilled Toolmaker to join our team. As a Toolmaker, you will be responsible for computing dimensions, sizes, shapes, and tolerances of workpieces, testing prototypes and production tools, instructing apprentices, and reading and interpreting blueprints, maps, drawings, and specifications. You will also repair machine tools and parts. In addition, you will be required to have a Tool and Die Maker Trade Certification and have experience in the green economy sector. The successful candidate will have a strong understanding of blueprints, maps, drawings, and specifications, as well as excellent communication and problem-solving skills. If you are a motivated and detail-oriented individual with a passion for precision machining, we encourage you to apply. The position offers a competitive salary and benefits package, including a dental plan, health care plan, vision care benefits, and a Deferred Profit Sharing Plan (DPSP). The work term is permanent, and the work language is English. The hours of work are 40 hours per week.
