About the Role

We are seeking a skilled Retail Store Supervisor to lead our team at Circle K. The successful candidate will be responsible for supervising staff, assigning sales workers to duties, and ensuring seamless day-to-day operations.

Key Responsibilities
  • Sales Performance: Supervise staff to achieve sales targets, ensure accurate inventory management, and maintain high customer satisfaction levels.
  • Staff Management: Hire, train, and develop staff to improve store performance, conduct regular performance reviews, and address any issues that may arise.
  • Merchandising: Order merchandise, authorize returns, and establish work schedules to ensure efficient store operations.
  • Reporting: Prepare sales reports on volumes, merchandising, and personnel matters to inform business decisions.
Support Initiatives
  • Newcomer Support: Participate in government or community programs that support newcomers and refugees with foreign credential recognition.
  • Youth Employment: Engage in initiatives that promote youth employment and provide opportunities for growth and development.
  • Indigenous Support: Contribute to programs that support Indigenous people and foster a culture of inclusion and respect.

What We Offer:
