We are seeking a highly skilled Mixology Specialist to join our team at El Toro Restaurant. The successful candidate will be responsible for leading our bar team, providing exceptional customer service, and creating an engaging atmosphere.
About the Role:- The ideal candidate will have a secondary (high) school graduation certificate and be willing to train.
- They will supervise food and beverage servers and other staff, ensuring seamless service delivery.
- A key aspect of this role is providing recommendations on drink selections, which requires a deep understanding of our menu and wine list.
- The Mixology Specialist will also collect cash, credit/debit cards, or other payment for beverages, accurately recording and balancing beverage sales.
- Additionally, they will order bar stock, maintain inventory control, and address customer complaints or concerns.
- In terms of responsibilities, the Mixology Specialist will prepare mixed drinks, wine, draft or bottled beer, and non-alcoholic beverages, ensuring consistency in quality and presentation.
The estimated salary for this role is $55,000 per year, based on industry standards for similar positions. Requirements and Qualifications:- The ideal candidate will possess excellent communication and leadership skills, with the ability to motivate and guide the bar team to achieve exceptional results.

- The Mixology Specialist must be able to work effectively in a fast-paced environment, handling multiple tasks simultaneously while maintaining attention to detail and high-quality standards.
- Familiarity with point-of-sale systems and inventory management software is a plus.
This is a full-time position with 35 hours of work per week. The Mixology Specialist will work in a dynamic and supportive environment, collaborating with colleagues to deliver exceptional customer experiences and driving business growth.
