Job Title: Flat Roofer

Csk Roofing & Sheet Metal is seeking a skilled Flat Roofer to join our team. As a Flat Roofer, you will be responsible for installing, repairing, and maintaining flat roofing systems on various commercial and residential properties.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Install built-up roofing systems using materials such as asphalt saturated felts and hot asphalt and gravel
  • Install single-ply roofing system using waterproof sheet materials, such as modified plastics, elastomeric or other asphaltic compositions
  • Repair or replace shingles and shakes on sloped roofs of buildings
  • Repair or replace single-ply roofing systems
  • Repair roofing systems
  • Apply waterproof coatings to concrete or other masonry surfaces below or above ground level
  • Install sheet metal flashings
  • Erect and install scaffolding, falsework and other working platforms
Requirements:
  • 2 years to less than 3 years of experience in roofing
  • No degree, certificate or diploma required
  • Working at heights training
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
  • Physically demanding work
  • Ability to handle heavy loads
Work Environment:

As a Flat Roofer, you will be working outdoors in various locations, including commercial and residential properties. You will be exposed to heights, noise, and dangerous conditions.
