Job Responsibilities

  • Manage complex projects, providing technical oversight and ensuring timely completion.
  • Analyze and interpret data, preparing and reviewing work plans, proposals, project reports, and technical memos.
  • Contribute to business development, including proposal preparation, client contacts, and meetings.
  • Build and lead a contaminated sites team, mentoring junior staff and supporting their professional development.

Requirements

  • Undergraduate degree or diploma in a relevant science field; graduate degree preferred.
  • Professional registration or eligibility for registration required.
  • 15+ years of experience in environmental consulting, specifically managing contaminated sites, and 7+ years in project management.
  • Expertise in Stage 1 and 2 Preliminary Site Investigation, Detailed Site Investigations, Site Profiles, and legal instruments methods according to the BC Ministry of Environment and Climate Change Strategy.
