About the Role

We are seeking a skilled and detail-oriented Furniture Handler to join our team at 2265101 Alberta Inc. As a key member of our operations team, you will be responsible for ensuring the safe and efficient movement of products and materials within our warehouse.

Key Responsibilities
  • Loading and Unloading: Load, unload, and move products and materials by hand or with basic material handling equipment.
  • Equipment Operation: Operate a variety of equipment to load, unload, and move materials and products.
  • Shipping and Receiving: Ship orders and receive goods in a timely and accurate manner.
  • Weighing and Measuring: Weigh materials and goods to ensure accurate inventory and shipping records.
  • Packing and Unpacking: Pack and unpack goods to ensure safe and secure transportation.
  • Sorting and Stacking: Sort, crate, and stack goods to optimize storage and shipping efficiency.
  • Transportation: Operate and drive straight or articulated trucks to transport goods and materials.
Requirements
  • Education: Secondary (high) school graduation certificate.
  • Experience: Experience is an asset, but not required.
  • Language: English is the primary language of communication.
  • Work Hours: 32 hours per week.
