In this role, you will be responsible for overseeing all aspects of our affordable community, including leasing, resident relations, marketing, maintenance, budgeting, and more.
You will lead a team of professionals to achieve optimal performance and provide exceptional customer service to residents. Key responsibilities include:
- Developing and implementing business strategies to drive growth and efficiency.
- Conducting daily inspections of the property to ensure high standards of quality and safety.
- Preparing and reviewing financial reports, including budgets and compliance documents.
- Maintaining accurate records and databases related to resident information, lease agreements, and property operations.
To succeed in this role, you should have excellent leadership and communication skills, as well as experience working with LIHTC/Tax Credit/Section 8 programs. You must be able to prioritize tasks, manage multiple projects simultaneously, and maintain a high level of productivity in a fast-paced environment.
This is a full-time position that requires a dedicated and results-driven individual who is passionate about delivering exceptional customer service and contributing to the success of our organization.
