Custodial Professional

About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled and detail-oriented Custodial professional to join our team. As a key member of our facilities maintenance team, you will be responsible for ensuring the safety, cleanliness, and security of our facilities.

Key Responsibilities

• Operate tools and equipment required to perform custodial duties
• Physically capable of performing all assigned duties
• Ability to make decisions, solve problems, and manage time effectively
• Proven dependability and reliability
• Ability to work with little or no supervision and as a team player

Requirements

• Knowledge of standard cleaning procedures, chemicals, products, and equipment
• Ability to multi-task with excellent observation skills
• Effective verbal and listening communication skills
• Calm demeanor under pressure
• Ability to stand and/or walk for up to 8 hours
• Ability to lift, pull, or push up to 25 lbs
• Availability to be scheduled for any shift, including weekends, holidays, and special events
