Job Summary

We are seeking a skilled Welding Fabricator to join our team at Greco Aluminum Railings Ltd. The successful candidate will be responsible for interpreting welding process specifications, operating manual or semi-automatic welding equipment, and ensuring that welds meet standards and/or specifications.

Key Responsibilities
  • Interpret welding process specifications and blueprints to ensure accurate fabrication
  • Operate manual or semi-automatic welding equipment to fabricate or repair metal parts and products
  • Examine welds to ensure they meet quality standards and specifications
  • Maintain and perform minor repairs on welding equipment
  • Repair or replace defective or worn-out parts and components using hand, power, or specially designed tools
Work Environment

The successful candidate will work in a dusty, hot, and noisy environment with a high level of physical activity.

Requirements
  • Secondary (high) school graduation certificate
  • 1 year to less than 2 years of experience in welding or a related field
  • Excellent oral communication skills
  • Flexibility, organization, and teamwork skills
  • Punctuality and a hardworking attitude
Work Terms

This is a permanent position with a 30-44 hour workweek.
