Poste de Livreur de Colis

Ce poste est responsable de la livraison en temps opportun des colis à des clients prédéterminés sur des routes précises. Le conducteur doit examiner les commandes avant la livraison, charger et décharger le véhicule et fournir à la clientèle un service exceptionnel.

Compétences requises
  • Capacité de réussir toutes les formations de base et de recyclage.
  • Capacité de soulever 70 lb.
  • Bonne maîtrise de la gestion du temps et de l'organisation.
  • Excellentes compétences en service à la clientèle.
  • Capacité de mener plusieurs tâches de front, de surmonter le stress et de travailler sous haute pression.
Expérience requise
  • Aucune expérience requise.
  • Un (1) an d'expérience dans le domaine du service à la clientèle.
Formation requise
  • Diplôme d'études secondaires ou scolarité équivalente.
  • Avoir un permis de conduire en règle ou un permis de conduire progressif de sa province.
Autres exigences
  • Être bilingue (français et anglais) dans la province de Québec.

Le titulaire de ce poste doit accomplir toutes les autres tâches pouvant lui être assignées ; doit être capable de réussir les tests et programmes de formation obligatoires ; doit être capable de fonctionner dans un environnement PC / Windows ; doit réussir toute formation récurrente et maintenir les accréditations annuelles nécessaires le cas échéant ; et travailler selon un horaire variable en fonction des besoins de l'entreprise.
