T2 Systems is a leading provider of parking management software, seeking an experienced Senior Fullstack Developer to join our agile development team. As a key member of our team, you will play a crucial role in designing, developing, and delivering high-quality software solutions that meet corporate objectives.
Job Summary:
We are offering a competitive salary of $120,000 - $150,000 per year, depending on experience, to lead our team in creating innovative software products for the parking industry. As a senior developer, you will oversee multiple products or large-scale projects, mentor junior developers, and guide their growth while maintaining expert command of technology and development tools used at T2 Systems.
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead development teams to build best-in-class software with minimal supervision.
- Maintain success throughout the product development life cycle within an agile framework.
- Ensure project delivery aligns with business value, peer team members, and T2 Systems' long-term interests.
- Provide accurate estimates for design specifications and take ownership of these estimates to improve accuracy.
- Interact with product owners and customers to gather information, provide education, share status updates, and communicate relevant project activities.
- Recommend architecture direction, product direction, and development tools.
- Collaborate with other departments to design solutions that address business problems and benefit customers.
- Participate in code, product reviews, and ensure quality-tested product enhancements to T2's software products.
- Stay up-to-date in all code-centered, detailed-design-centered, and task-centered pursuits, resolving work items (bugs) in code developed by others.
- Demonstrate technical judgment, considering both architecture guidance and sprint and roadmap implications.
- Work with Product Support to develop solutions addressing customer issues.
- Demonstrate innovation and imagination to go beyond assigned tasks.
- Crave accountability for quality and timeliness of delivered outputs.
- Mentor other developers, promoting sound technical skills.
- Commit to self-study to maintain or increase technical abilities.
Requirements:
To be successful in this role, you must possess:
- A bachelor's or master's degree plus 5 years or more development experience.
- Mastery of Java and related development tools, extending into architecture, user interface design and implementation, and project planning.
- At least 3 years of experience as part of an agile development team.

We value candidates with expertise in:
- T2's software products, services, and processes.
- Excellent communication, organizational, teamwork, and leadership skills.
- Expert knowledge of Java, Object-Oriented Programming (OOP), building and architecting REST APIs, distributed systems, microservice architectures, relational DBs, Spring Boot, Angular, and the MVC model.
- Bonus points for familiarity with Kafka, Scala, Velocity Templating Engine, Docker, Kubernetes, CI/CD, Atlassian toolset, JIRA, Bitbucket (Git), problem-solving, effective stakeholder engagement, presentation skills, and ability to work under deadline pressure.
