Job Description

We are seeking a Digital Transformation Leader to join our team at Loblaw Digital in Toronto. This is a full-time, on-site position.

Salary Expectations

  • $150,000 - $160,000 per year
  • $160,000 - $170,000 per year
  • $170,000 - $180,000 per year
  • $180,000 - $190,000 per year
  • $190,000 - $200,000 per year
  • Over $200,000 per year

About the Role

This is an exciting opportunity to join our team and contribute to the success of Loblaw Digital. As a Digital Transformation Leader, you will be responsible for driving digital transformation initiatives and leading cross-functional teams to achieve business outcomes.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and execute digital transformation strategies to drive business growth and improve customer experience
  • Lead cross-functional teams to deliver digital projects and initiatives
  • Analyze business requirements and develop solutions to meet those needs
  • Collaborate with stakeholders to identify opportunities for digital transformation and develop plans to address them
Requirements

To be successful in this role, you will need:

  • A strong background in digital transformation and change management
  • Experience leading cross-functional teams and managing multiple projects simultaneously
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to analyze complex business problems and develop creative solutions
What We Offer

We offer a competitive salary range of $150,000 - $170,000 per year, depending on experience. Additionally, we offer a comprehensive benefits package, including medical, dental, and vision coverage, as well as a 401(k) matching program.
