Key Responsibilities:
- Financial Planning and Analysis: Develop and maintain financial models, forecasts, and budgets to support strategic decision-making.
- Financial Reporting and Analysis: Prepare and analyze financial reports, including balance sheets, income statements, and cash flow statements.
- Financial Systems and Processes: Design, implement, and maintain financial systems and processes to ensure accuracy and efficiency.
- Stakeholder Communication: Provide financial information and analysis to stakeholders, including senior management, department heads, and external auditors.
- Project Management: Lead and participate in financial projects, including budgeting, forecasting, and financial system implementations.
Requirements:
- Education: Post-secondary degree or diploma in Business Administration, Finance, Accounting, Commerce, or a related field.
- Experience: Minimum of 5-7 years of accounting, budgeting, and auditing experience.
- Professional Designations: Recognized Professional Accounting Designation (CPA) or equivalent.
- Skills: Advanced knowledge of financial systems, financial modeling, and data analysis. Strong communication and project management skills.
