The PE Procurement Assistant Manager is responsible for sourcing potential suppliers, making decisions on new item suppliers, negotiating parts prices, and coordinating with parts suppliers.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Sourcing and selecting suppliers

  • Coordinating with internal stakeholders to ensure timely delivery of parts
  • Performing cost analysis and creating detailed price breakdowns

About the Company:

MOBIS North America Electrified Powertrain, LLC (MNAe) is a Tier 1 supplier of BSA and PE systems, which are key components for producing electric vehicles based on state-of-the-art manufacturing technology related to battery system assembly.

Essential Functions:

  • Maintaining strong relationships with suppliers and internal customers to ensure on-time results
  • Reviewing legal documentation such as RFQs, LOIs, and terms and conditions
  • Developing documentation according to Mobis policy
  • Researching and securing potential suppliers
  • Performing cost analysis for parts, tooling, and other supplier expenses; negotiating prices with suppliers
