Rehabilitation Therapist

We are seeking a highly skilled Occupational Therapist to join our team at pt Health, a leading provider of healthcare services in Canada. As an Occupational Therapist, you will play a critical role in the assessment and treatment of adults with complex musculoskeletal, neurological, and mental health conditions.
Key Responsibilities- Conduct comprehensive assessments and develop individualized treatment plans for clients with diverse needs.
- Provide evidence-based interventions and therapies to promote optimal function and well-being.
- Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to ensure seamless care coordination and communication.
- Participate in case conferences and case management to ensure effective treatment outcomes.
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients, families, and healthcare professionals to promote a culture of care and respect.
- Registration with the provincial College of Occupational Therapists.
- Minimum 2 years of experience in occupational therapy, preferably in a rehabilitation setting.
- Strong knowledge of occupational therapy principles and practices, including assessment, treatment, and case management.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with diverse populations.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team, with a strong commitment to quality care and patient-centered practice.
