Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Licensed Technician to join our team at The 401 Group of Companies.

About the Role

This is a dynamic opportunity for a motivated and detail-oriented individual to work as a Licensed Technician in our busy service center. You will be responsible for diagnosing complex issues, performing repairs, and ensuring that all vehicles meet our high standards.

Key Responsibilities
  • Diagnose and repair vehicle malfunctions using advanced diagnostic tools and techniques.
  • Thoroughly examine vehicles to determine if additional safety or service work is required.
  • Evaluate each vehicle to ensure it qualifies for warranty prior to performing warranty repairs.
  • Perform road tests while adhering to safe driving standards.
  • Provide exceptional customer service, communication, and time management skills both verbally and in writing.
  • Maintain a clean, organized, hazard-free environment in the service shop.
  • Ability to multitask and work effectively in a fast-paced environment.
Requirements
  • Possess a S License.
  • Hold a valid G Driver's License with a clean driver's abstract.
  • Have a High School Diploma or equivalent.
  • Demonstrate a positive teamwork attitude.
