We are seeking a highly skilled Scala Developer to join our team at Client of Acumenz. As a Core Scala Programmer, you will be responsible for designing, developing, and deploying scalable and efficient applications using Scala and AWS.


Key Responsibilities:
  • Design and develop high-quality Scala applications using Cats, Zio, and Akka frameworks.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify and prioritize project requirements.
  • Develop and maintain robust and scalable AWS-based ecosystems.
  • Participate in on-call support groups to ensure seamless application deployment and maintenance.
  • Work closely with the development team to design, develop, and deploy Enterprise-quality applications.

Requirements:
  • 5+ years of experience in JVM-based application development.
  • 7+ years of experience in designing, developing, and supporting Enterprise-quality applications.
  • 3+ years of experience in Scala backend API development.
  • Good analytical and problem-solving skills.

Preferred Qualifications:
  • Experience with AWS Cloud environments.
  • Knowledge of Scala frameworks and libraries.
