Salary: $17.45/hr, with opportunities for advancement and increased earnings up to $21.81/hr after one year.

About the Role:

• Deliver exceptional guest experiences by providing friendly, patient, and intuitive support in a fast-paced environment.
• Assist guests with inquiries, concerns, and solutions, ensuring their stay is enjoyable and memorable.
• Provide information on current and upcoming events, promotions, and activities.
• Enroll customers in our rewards loyalty program and promote it through various channels.
• Collaborate with colleagues to implement events, promotions, and entertainment initiatives that drive engagement and satisfaction.

Requirements:

• Minimum one year of experience in a related field, such as hospitality or customer service.
• Proven high level of customer service skills, with a focus on empathy, patience, and problem-solving.
• Organizational, interpersonal, analytical, and communication skills to effectively manage multiple tasks and priorities.
• Intermediate knowledge of computer programs and mathematical skills to process transactions and maintain records.
• The ability to obtain registration with provincial gaming regulatory bodies.
