About the Role

We are seeking an experienced Accounts Payable Supervisor to join our client's team as a key member of their finance department. As a Financial Operations Manager, you will oversee the accounts payable team, manage payables and receivables, and ensure seamless financial operations.

Key Responsibilities
  • Oversee the daily activities of the accounts payable team, ensuring accurate and timely processing of invoices and payments
  • Manage relationships with vendors and suppliers, negotiating contracts and resolving issues
  • Analyze and implement process improvements to increase efficiency and reduce costs
  • Develop and lead training programs for staff members to enhance their skills and knowledge
Requirements

To be successful in this role, you will need:

  • A minimum of 3-5 years' experience in accounts payable or a related field
  • Strong leadership and communication skills, with the ability to motivate and guide a team
  • Expertise in accounting principles, financial regulations, and compliance
  • Proficiency in MS Office, particularly Excel, and accounting software
