About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled and motivated Plumbing Service Technician to join our team at Mr. Rooter Plumbing. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service and ensuring the highest level of quality workmanship in all aspects of plumbing and drainage services.

Key Responsibilities
  • Customer Interaction: Communicate effectively with customers to understand their plumbing and drainage needs, provide solutions, and ensure customer satisfaction.
  • Diagnostic and Repair Services: Diagnose and repair plumbing and drainage issues, including clearing clogs and performing whole-home plumbing inspections.
  • Quality Workmanship: Ensure all work is completed to the highest standards, following our proven process from greeting the customer to collecting payment.
  • Efficient Operations: Manage time effectively, minimize waste, and optimize resources to maintain high productivity and efficiency.
  • Continuous Learning: Participate in ongoing training and coaching to enhance skills and knowledge, staying up-to-date with industry developments and best practices.
Requirements
  • Physical Demands: Ability to lift at least 35 lbs., bend, stoop, and crawl into confined spaces.
  • Driver's License: Possess a valid driver's license and be insurable to operate our company vehicle.
