Job Summary:
The Healthcare Professional:
•Provides high-quality nursing care to patients in a variety of clinical settings, both independently and as part of an interdisciplinary team.
•Enhances the quality of life for patients and their families by consulting, conferring, and collaborating with other healthcare providers.
•Demonstrates a commitment to continuous improvement and evidence-based practice in nursing care.
•Maintains and advances own clinical competence through ongoing education and training.
•Participates in designated hospital committees and teams, as well as approved research projects, as assigned.
About this Role:
This is a casual opportunity with Interior Health Authority. As a casual employee, you will have the flexibility to work on a part-time basis, with hours and shifts varying as needed. This role offers the opportunity to gain experience and build your skills in a dynamic and supportive environment.
