About the Job

This Senior Manager position is responsible for assisting in maximizing the profitability of Indigenous Banking customers by supporting and driving the development, implementation, and tracking of integrated client-focused solutions.

The incumbent will provide competitive and sustainable customer value through the support, development, and execution of coordinated Indigenous-specific initiatives.

A client-centric approach that respects and promotes awareness of Indigenous access to capital issues, cultures, governance structures, and laws/regulations is essential.

The role involves identifying opportunities to support business line efforts to achieve their Indigenous business objectives and ensuring alignment with Bank strategies.

The successful candidate will have a thorough understanding of Indigenous culture and/or cross-cultural sensitivity, along with a knowledge of the Bank's policies and procedures.

Key Responsibilities
  1. Product Education and Development: Identify product education needs and deliver multi-channel programs for Indigenous Banking and business line sales teams to accelerate sales growth and meet customer needs.
  2. Develop and review comprehensive business requirements for new or enhanced product/operational/systems development.
  3. Lead project teams and take responsibility for achieving specific milestones to ensure targets are met.
  4. Provide expertise and guidance to sales staff and distribution channels to drive Indigenous business sales and support operational excellence.
