Job Title: Truck Driver

Bowling Green Logistic Inc. is seeking a skilled Truck Driver to join our team. As a Truck Driver, you will be responsible for transporting goods and materials safely and efficiently across the country.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Drive Safely: Operate and drive straight or articulated trucks to transport goods and materials, ensuring compliance with all traffic laws and regulations.
  • Load and Unload Goods: Load and unload goods from trucks, using proper lifting techniques to avoid injury.
  • Perform Vehicle Inspections: Regularly inspect vehicles to ensure they are in good working condition, checking tires, lights, brakes, and other equipment.
  • Communicate Effectively: Relay information to central dispatch and receive information from dispatchers, using GPS and other navigation equipment to stay on schedule.
  • Record and Maintain Logs: Record cargo information, hours of service, distance traveled, and fuel consumption, maintaining accurate and detailed logs.
Requirements:
  • Education: Secondary (high) school graduation certificate.
  • Experience: 1 year to less than 2 years of experience as a Truck Driver.
  • Certifications: AZ class license, Driver's License (Class 1 or A).
  • Skills: Flexibility, Judgement, Organized, Reliability, Team player.
Work Environment:
  • Work Term: Permanent.
  • Work Language: English.
  • Hours: 40 to 60 hours per week.
