Role Overview

PepsiCo Canada is seeking a strategic leader to drive long-term growth and transformation of the Canada Foods Operating Unit (OU). The successful candidate will play a key role in shaping the future of the business, ensuring investments in assets and capabilities needed to stay ahead of the competition.

This position entails developing actionable solutions for complex business challenges. To bring fresh thinking to the ever-changing macro-environment, PepsiCo has Strategy professionals aligned to each Operating Unit (e.g., Canada), Global Businesses, and Corporate. Joining the Canada Strategy function will enable you to experience the breadth of Canada's portfolio and deepen your understanding of the business and industry.

Main Responsibilities
  • Broaden the long-term enterprise strategy of Canada Foods to drive sustainable, profitable growth
  • Serve as the internal consulting team and business partners to Canada Foods and the Senior Leadership team
  • Shape business development by evaluating partnerships
  • Collaborate across brands, functions, and divisions in Canada Foods to drive strategic initiatives
  • Partner with other Strategy teams and efforts worldwide as applicable
Key Skills and Qualifications
  • 6+ years of strategy experience in various positions both internally and externally; top-tier Consulting firm experience strongly preferred
  • Bachelors in an analytical discipline (e.g., Business, Engineering, Economics, or Science)
  • Master of Business Administration strongly preferred
  • Highly analytical, motivated, decisive thought leader with excellent managerial skills
  • Strategic mindset with the ability to think broadly, refine questions, and develop analytical frameworks
  • Outstanding project management skills
  • High Emotional Intelligence and verbal and written communication skills that educate and influence senior leaders
  • Experience managing teams and partnering with multiple business functions
  • Love of Consumer Packaged Goods and our brands
  • Global outlook with sensitivity and awareness of social and cultural differences
