About the Role

We are seeking a skilled Food and Beverage Server to join our team at Kickers Sports Bar & Grill. As a key member of our hospitality team, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service and ensuring a memorable dining experience for our patrons.

Key Responsibilities
  • Address customer complaints or concerns in a professional and courteous manner.
  • Present bills to customers and process payments in a timely and efficient manner.
  • Describe menu items, including daily specials, to customers and make recommendations based on their preferences.
  • Balance cash and record sales accurately and efficiently.
  • Clear and clean tables, trays, and chairs to maintain a clean and welcoming environment.
  • Greet patrons, present menus, and make recommendations to enhance their dining experience.
  • Serve food and beverages in a timely and efficient manner.
  • Take orders and relay them to the kitchen and bar staff.
  • Assist clients/guests with special needs and provide exceptional customer service.
  • Work collaboratively with the kitchen and bar staff to ensure seamless service.
Requirements
  • No degree, certificate, or diploma required.
  • Will train on the job.
  • Relocation costs covered by employer.
  • Willing to relocate.
  • English language proficiency required.
  • 35 hours per week.
