Enterprise Technology Integration Manager

HUB International Limited seeks a highly skilled Enterprise Technology Integration Manager to lead the integration of technology systems and processes across the organization. Job Description:
This Enterprise Technology Integration Manager will be responsible for efficiently managing a portfolio of integration programs, reporting status to senior regional leadership. The role will also involve facilitating and conducting Technology and Operations Acquisition Due Diligence, developing integration budgets, assessing technology risks, and coordinating multiple disciplinary team resources.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage a portfolio of integration programs, ensuring timely completion and effective communication with stakeholders.
- Facilitate and conduct Technology and Operations Acquisition Due Diligence, identifying potential risks and opportunities.
- Develop comprehensive integration budgets, including immediate cost impacts, transition and termination costs, future state spend, and IT employee plans.
- Assess technology risks associated with integration, performing initial infrastructure and business management system requirements gathering and analysis.
- Coordinate multiple disciplinary team resources to identify current states and develop recommended future state integrated solutions.
- Build and maintain internal and external stakeholder relationships, collaborating with different areas across the organization to create a strong customer orientation.
Qualifications:
To succeed in this role, you will need:
- A bachelor's degree in a technical or business field, with a master's degree preferred.
- Four to twelve years of experience in IT and business/industry, with two to seven years of leadership responsibilities.
- Demonstrated experience in leading large-scale projects, defining requirements, and delivering results while meeting customer expectations.
- Strong customer focus, communication, and change management skills.
- Experience managing systems implementation projects, including budgets and resources.
- Technical development, delivery, and run experience is a plus, with familiarity and knowledge of data infrastructure, application conversion, networking infrastructure, and cybersecurity.
What We Offer:
We offer a competitive salary range of $130,000 to $140,000, dependent on skills, experience, and location. Our total compensation package includes health/dental/vision/life/disability insurance, FSA, HSA, and 401(k) accounts, paid-time-off benefits, and eligible bonuses, equity, and commissions for some positions.
Location:
This position reports into Chicago and can be based anywhere in the U.S., with up to 50% travel required.
