Key Responsibilities
- Provide exceptional customer service and create a welcoming in-store experience
- Work collaboratively with the team to achieve sales goals and visual merchandising standards
- Participate in in-store events and promotions to drive sales and engagement
- Maintain a high level of product knowledge and stay up-to-date on the latest makeup trends
- Meet sales targets and contribute to the overall success of the store
Requirements
- Qualification in makeup artistry or previous retail makeup experience is preferred, but not required
- Ability to work retail hours, including days, nights, weekends, and special events
- Previous experience with retail point-of-sale software
- Ability to provide proof of right to live and work in the country
- Anticipated Hourly Range $17.75 to $28.55
