Retail Store Manager

Canyon Creek Liquor Store is seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Retail Store Supervisor to join our team. As a key member of our store operations team, you will be responsible for overseeing the day-to-day activities of the store, ensuring excellent customer service, and maintaining a high level of product knowledge.
Key Responsibilities:- Merchandise Management: Order and receive merchandise, maintain inventory levels, and ensure accurate stock counts.
- Team Supervision: Supervise 1-2 team members, provide guidance and support, and ensure a positive work environment.
- Customer Service: Provide exceptional customer service, resolve customer complaints, and maintain a high level of product knowledge.
- Reporting and Administration: Prepare sales reports, maintain accurate records, and perform other administrative tasks as required.
- Education: Secondary (high) school graduation certificate.
- Experience: 7 months to less than 1 year of retail experience.
- Language: English.
- Work Hours: 35-40 hours per week.
Canyon Creek Liquor Store offers a dynamic and fast-paced work environment. As a Retail Store Supervisor, you will be required to work in a combination of sitting, standing, and walking. You must be able to work in a tight deadline environment and maintain attention to detail.
