About the Role

We are seeking a skilled Carpenter Helper to join our team at BUILT 2.0 LTD. As a Carpenter Helper, you will assist in various construction tasks, including loading and unloading materials, erecting scaffolding, and performing routine maintenance work.

Key Responsibilities
  • Load, unload, and transport construction materials
  • Erect and dismantle concrete forms, scaffolding, ramps, catwalks, shoring, and barricades
  • Assist in framing houses, erecting walls, and building roofs
  • Level earth to fine grade specifications
  • Assist in demolishing buildings
  • Perform routine maintenance work
  • Remove rubble and other debris at construction sites
Requirements
  • Physically demanding work environment
  • Manual dexterity and hand-eye coordination
  • Ability to work at heights and in noisy conditions
  • Own transportation to and from work sites
  • Steel-toed safety boots, safety glasses/goggles, gloves, cellular phone, and ear plugs
Preferred Qualifications
  • Previous experience in construction or a related field
  • Excellent oral communication and teamwork skills
  • Flexibility and reliability
